Access to GPT-4 Turbo is available to subscribers with a Plus Team or Enterprise subscription, or those who have access to the API. According to OpenAI's official tweet, users can expect responses that are 'clearer and more casual' with a sprinkle of colloquialisms. The model primarily deals with mathematical concepts and relies heavily on GPQA datasets to support logical reasoning.
Furthermore, the search capabilities of ChatGPT have been enhanced. While GPT-4 Turbo was initially trained on data up to April 2023, it has now been extended to include information up to December 2023, as confirmed by OpenAI.
